
Improving Sales Training Retention
When training your salesforce, how do you strike the balance between being engaging while still comprehensively covering all aspects of the product?
Problem
The client wanted to update their globally distributed salesforce on new product features, however, previous training methods resulted in low information retention, leading to inconsistent sales strategies.
Solution
Using GroupStar, 30 salespeople across 6 sales teams distributed across 4 countries in APAC were able to capture footage. 23 videos were created in total well within the deadline.
Results
100% of the client’s salespeople watched at least one video in the series, while 68% watched every video. The videos were also recycled as colateral for a nine-city roadshow tour, saving the client thousands of dollars on travel and accommodation.
