      The client wanted to improve event attendance, however, their customers and partners were not engaging with their traditional invites typically sent via text or email.

    • Solution

      Using GroupStar, the marketing team enabled Hong Kong and Singapore teams to record video invites for key accounts. Videos ended with a request to indicate what the viewer wanted to learn from the event.

    • Results

      100% those of who opened the video invite watched from start to end. 38% of viewers submitted suggestions, which were used to to fine-tune the event.
