Below we describe the various scenarios that fall under each of those three categories and the information collected in each one.
Information that you provide us
i) Account signup: When you sign up for an account to access one or more of our services, we ask for information like your name, contact number, email address, and company name to complete the account signup process. You'll also be required to choose a password for accessing the created account. You may also provide us with more information such as your photo, time zone and language, but we don’t require that information to sign up for an account.

Legitimate interests notice: Where we rely on legitimate interests as the legal basis and those legitimate interests are not specified above, we will clearly explain to you what those legitimate interests are at the time that we collect your information.
d) Retention of Information

They are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us, and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. These third parties may include:

4. Participating Third Party Policies
The Site may contain links to related services and offerings, including vendor sites. These third parties may have their own privacy policies that can be viewed on their websites or by contacting these third parties directly. Since we do not have direct control over the policies or practices of third parties, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or contents of those sites. We recommend and encourage that you always review the privacy policies of these third parties before you provide any personal information or complete any transaction with such parties.
5. Your Choice in Information Use

b) Disable cookies
Technologies such as cookies, tags and scripts are used by GroupStar and our marketing partners, affiliates, analytics, or online customer support provider. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.
c) Optional information: You can choose not to provide optional profile information such as your photo or language preferences. You can also delete or change your optional profile information. You can always choose not to fill in non-mandatory fields when you submit any form linked to our websites.
6. Security of Information
We will keep your Personally Data secure consistent with current industry standards. Security of your Personal Data is of utmost concern to us. Personal Data, once transmitted to us, will be stored on computers that only selected personnel and contractors have access to via password, and/or on web hosting servers maintained by Microsoft Azure, which employs its own physical and network security measures.
In addition, your GroupStar videos and/or footage may be stored on our cloud servers and on Vimeo, our video hosting Service Provider. Your videos and user content are hidden from public visibility and have limited-access, wherein access is solely gained through an obscured URL system. This obscured URL makes it difficult, if not impossible, for an unauthorized personnel to guess the URL address of your video or content without an invitation from you that includes the relevant URL. However, because the videos and content are not password-protected, a possibility exists that an unauthorized third party could discover your videos and/or content. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
